    In this episode Jim and Adam look back at Danny Boyle's directorial debut Shallow Grave (1994).

    When accountant David (Christopher Eccleston), doctor Juliet (Kerry Fox) and journalist Alex (Ewan McGregor) are searching for a fourth roommate for their trendy flat, they settle on the aloof Hugo (Keith Allen). However, they soon find Hugo dead of a drug overdose, beside a large sum of cash.

    The film is being screened at Cineworld Cinemas (14 May 2024) to celebrate its 30th anniversary  and part of their Danny Boyle season.

    Jim also speaks with writer Irvine Welsh and director Ian Jefferies about Choose Irvine, the documentary about Irvine's work which screened last year at the Edinburgh International Film Festival  (This interview was recorded in June 2023).

    Two Jedi escape a hostile blockade to find allies and come across a young boy who may bring balance to the Force, but the long dormant Sith resurface to claim their original glory.

    Jim also speaks with directors Craig Hinde & Marc Zammit along with actor Sarah Alexandra Marks about their British horror movie Witch.

    Small town, England. 1575. William embarks on a journey to prove the innocence of his wife, Twyla, falsely accused of being a witch and will be put to death if found guilty. William must hunt down the real witch, to save Twyla from death.

    Decades after surviving the Nostromo incident, Ellen Ripley is sent out to re-establish contact with a terraforming colony but finds herself battling the Alien Queen and her offspring.
