Ep 23: Being Your True Authentic Self with Micaela Kelman

Ep 23: Being Your True Authentic Self with Micaela Kelman

We are back today chatting about a topic near and dear to my heart— being your authentic self. Why is it so hard for us in society to be honest with ourselves and with other people? In this episode we discuss: being honest vs. trying to fit a mold, getting rid of the “supposed to do things this way” mentality, anxiety and overthinking, why everyone is and should be different to attract like partners, how to give up people pleasing and why it is totally non-effective, living your best life and getting out of your head and much more. This is a passionate one for sure and definitely one anyone can relate to any sort of life struggle. Also, there’s a little bit of Shelbye roasting involved which is never a bad thing ;)Micaela can be found at @micaelakelman on InstagramXoxo

Love it!

This podcast is awesome! You keep it so raw and real, and you aren’t afraid to speak your truth. I just listened to episode 15 and I love how unapologetically vulnerable you are. Letting go of perfectionism is not easy. So thank you for sharing your journey and for encouraging us to be more open and accepting about our insecurities and fears. This was very powerful and insightful 💪 - can’t wait to hear more!

Simply Amazing and Eye Opening

Every week when I listen to Shelbye’s podcast there’s always something that I find myself relating to... if you want something real this is definitely the podcast to listen to! I feel like she’s talking with me and not at me and that’s something I think is extremely important. Can’t wait to keep listening! Thanks Shelbye!!!

YAS! So real!

At times the health/fitness industry sounds repetitive and starts to blend together... but not Shelbye! She owns it and tells it like it is! She is raw and open to letting people hear her experiences so they can learn from them too ♥️ KEEP KILLING IT SHELBYE
