Customer Reviews
Required listening for music nerds.
This is an amazing window into a cultural movement that was either the most important thing in your life... or you didn't even know it was happening. DIY punk and rock from the 80s to the 00s was a community built around weirdos and misfits. We all sought shelter together in order to find a refuge from the harsh, demeaning, and uncreative working world.
Justin Savage walks musicians through their personal stories with grace and enthusiasm, and I can't get enough. Thanks so much for capturing this history.
Great show
Fascinating look into some local and regional history. Justin Savage is a great host.
Fantastic punk rock history podcast!
Great view into the history of local, American punk rock. Really well done and insightful. I especially enjoyed Tom’s story and found his upbringing very relatable. I highly recommend and look forward to the upcoming episodes!
