What a year it has been! It's certainly been a challenge for many around the globe.

It's been an interesting year for me personally with regards to starting and growing a new business and in todays episode I'm sharing my 12 biggest lessons, not just from the last year, but what I've learned about myself in preceding years and how I'm now growing my business to both meet the needs of my customers and to ensure I'm putting my lifestyle first!
