Grateful mama

So grateful to have been tortured to Erin recently. This podcast is so supportive and many times I swear recorded just for me. This place of being a mom and working full time can be overwhelming, exhausting and so many things. It can feel embarrassing like there is no way I would tell people what I’m feeling, but Erin let’s it out and doesn’t hold back. She is driven to share the message of hope when you are feeling at your lowest. The overwhelm of motherhood maybe isn’t everyone’s story, but so many can relate to this and there are small changes with time that make huge impacts. I’m grateful to now be working with Erin as a mentor and hope you get to experience that too. Best of luck on your journey. 💕

Just found this podcast and I love it!!!

I just found this podcast and I absolutely love it, I feel like I’m learning so much about understanding myself and honoring my energy. I feel like that was a big thing for me I have 5 kids ages 13-23 and my oldest is intellectually disabled. I had my kids real young so I didn’t get to do the things I wanted because I was raising them. Now that they are older I am working on getting my bachelors in psychology and being a mom and wife I just felt pulled in so many directions. I felt people around me wanted me to be the same and just say yes to everything whether it was going out, going to party’s or weddings. With Erin I learned to prioritize what is important to me, which is my family and getting my degree, everybody around me was just going to have to understand or not, but I had to prioritize what I wanted. I am still a work in progress but thank you Erin!!❤️❤️
