Mind Blown

Dave’s podcast has been blowing my mind and I’ve been sharing it with family and friends like I do when I find a new band or book or bike! I’m stoked to be introduced to new people and ideas and feel fortunate to have this as a resource for the bigger conversation going on around me everyday. Cheers!

Hello Yakky ,

The interruption is very disrespectful.

I just listened to the a episode with Claire Murashima. While I understand that the intentions of all the men were good, this was hard to listen to because the men were constantly interrupting Claire. If you want to elevate the voice of someone who’s voice has been marginalized (which is true of any LGBTQ+ student at Calvin), the least you could do is let her finish articulating her thoughts. She was totally trampled in this interview, and she deserves much more respect than that for her bravery.
