Hopefully my love of the series, characters, it’s writers and artists will encourage others to read the series or prove enjoyable listening to long time fans. Half of the team joins future adult versions of Cannonball and Mirage to do battle with Sentinels in a future similar to Days of Future Past.

A nice recap of the New Mutants
If you're a fan of the original New Mutants and want to relive the run from its early years then definitely check out James Xplores The New Mutatants. James, the narrator, shows a passion for the comic book and its characters. He continues to find his footing as a narrator and podcaster and his soft-spoken personality caringly describes the stories almost page by page. And that might be its only weakness. At times its more of a recap than analysis, but that might be better served if it was a conversation between two people. James flies solo and he does have a lot to say. Some of the he best moments are when he gives behind the scene details about what was going on at the time the book was being published. Looking forward to seeing the podcast mature and discuss some of the later issues.
Fake Woke
Was gonna listen to this dudes podcast but he spent half the podcast crying about Corona virus and complaining about the color of the Brazilian guy playing in New Mutants. So woke that he sounds racist while trying to not sound racist.

Yes! This is my jam!! A passionate celebration of one of the great Marvel Comics that never falls into snobbery. James Xplores is a celebratory, warm, and inviting show. You’re gonna want to subscribe to this one. Highly recommended!
