Fresh Perspective
Brandon and Derek provide relevant and simple concepts of fitness/health to take individuals to the next level. Their practice of taking a holistic approach to fitness is something refreshing to hear. The fitness world is saturated with quick fixes and appealing images/videos that make us feel like we won’t reach our goals. Brandon and Derek reset what fitness can and should be and no matter your capacity for fitness can take something away from these guys.
