The Western Canadian Ringette Championships are being hosted in St. Albert from March 27-30th. We chatted with a member of the host committee and two host teams to find out what the WCRCs is all about.

We sat down with a pile of question cards and 3 players from the Edmonton U19B Storm to talk about why they love ringette, why ringette is important to them, and to hear about their experiences playing at the 'B' level. 

We chat with Erin Brennan about her work as a mental performance consultant and why it is important for ringette athletes to train their brain.
