Delightful!

I love the topics that are covered. I love nutrition, so those episodes are always my favorite, but nearly every episode is something food-related, and always very interesting. Keep it up 👍

I Love Natalie!

Natalie has controlled the diet of me and my band mates while we’ve been on tour for two summers now! Every meal had a great balance of vegetables, fruits, carbs, proteins, and fats while also being delicious! You rock and I can’t believe it took me forever to find your podcast
