including Anger Management & Emotional Intelligence seminars. Besides
working as a child and adolescent behavioral specialist, she is a Qualified
Mental Health Provider and anger management facilitator for all ages. Portia is
an inspirational speaker and founder of the non-profit Still I Rise Outreach,
