Self Care Routine

I absolutely love this show. It’s part of my weekly self care routine. Aria and her guest weave together an array of topics while giving voice through a colored (diverse) lens. I often feel like I’m in the studio with her because I find myself talking back as if she can hear me. Keep up the work girl!!!
