I love how you keep it under ten minutes. I have problems with attention so most podcasts are hard to listen to.

It’s 2022 I just started tuning in to positive podcasts !

I like that they are short an to the point . I was listening to true crime , an really was getting bummed out. I wonder why ? The music you listen too , the news all day affects your mood. I have Epilepsy and can’t drive or work. I have to be more miserly to what I do. I’ve lost 100 pounds by listing to my old favorites. I’m 55. An I bought my dad an old boom box & some country music from his day he’s 90 . I made him promis to only listen to 1- news program a day . Covid was taking its toll on him. Thanks for priceless advice! 😁

Not all they speak about applies to me but when I find it would be of interest or could benefit a friend or family I just tap share. However I do find many that are of interest or could be helpful for me to know, and never drawn out or boring.
