Great interviews that are about people

I have listened to a couple of podcasts that are about comedians and people in entertainment (Nerdist, About Last Night, etc). Those all got repetitive because the interviews were all about how they got into their industry and the stories are often similar. These are free form but also about a topic and Steve does not relating everything back to himself letting the person talk about themselves. This keeps the episodes fresh and interesting.

Tragedy. Episode

Different side of Steve like a mini therapy sesh. Cool stuff. I haven’t dealt with death at all and I know when my adopted parents go It’s going to be hard to deal with I pray I have enough support to deal with that.

Best Listen of 2019 Without Recognition

This is a different(ish) side to Steve Hofstetter than the videos on Facebook and YouTube. Instead of humorous ways of dealing with hecklers during a live performance, you get stories from wildly successful people across all walks of life and how they dealt with their failures on the road to success. Personally, as much as I love listening to DnD podcasts or true crime, this has been my favorite podcast of 2019, and if it isn’t the best listen of the year, then it’s definitely the most uplifting listen of the year.
