Sports Science Distilled - Add to your podcast list!
I always look forward to the new Endurance Innovation Podcasts when they come out. Andrew and Michael do an excellent job on breaking down complex research into an easy to understand form. They provide both the data and science that backs up the findings as well and clarifying the topics to make them actionable for any endurance athlete looking to improve. The shows are the right combination of nerdy and entertaining. I highly recommend this podcast.
Technical info that’s actually enjoyable to listen to
I’m an engineer so I like to get nerdy with data/technology, but this pod cast gives a great balance of getting into the weeds but also giving the information at a level everyone can understand.
