This is a great focus

I’m glad people are talking more and more about health and wellness in relation to software development. The field has historically encouraged behaviors that are detrimental to our health. It’s great to see this brought into the open and picked apart so we can all find the tools we need to be successful AND healthy. Keep up the great work!
