Refreshing!

Amidst the clutter of apps and infomercials in the domain of fitness, is a refreshing new podcast that reframes fitness away from another chore to squeeze in, comparisons to air brushed models, or counting endless calories. Recreate presents fitness as a healthy lifestyle to enjoy, connected to others and revitalizing the soul. It leaves the culture of comparison in favor of simple habits that make sense and are achievable by anyone. I highly recommend a listen. Check out their blog posts and website too. I’m eagerly awaiting their app to streamline fitness information and tracking into something simple and integrated. This is worth the listen!
