Welcome to The Rosscast! If you're a returning listener, we've made a lot of changes here recently! Gave the pod a facelift and a refresh around here:) If you're new, welcome!! You get to see and witness the non-failed version of this podcast lol. 

Lets just say that the first version of this podcast did not go well.....i was younger and new to this sort of thing, not confident at all, shakey, nervous, unsure of things and i went a little too hard and was all over the place, talked about way too many things at once. With this new version of the podcast, were going to be a little more structured, and yes, something new every week as far as topics go, but were not going to be all over the place trying to shove it all into one episode either.
