Warning: Animal death

NOTE: CONTAINS HARM TO AN ANIMAL

Overall, this is a well-done, creepy, well-produced series of stories. The sound design, music, acting, and writing are all very good. The stories intertwine well and have a sense of building tension as the series progresses. Aside from the note below I would have given five stars.

One of the episodes features graphic, violent harm to an animal. The tone of the show is creepy, dark, and mysterious, but I don't feel like it telegraphed that harm well. I wasn't prepared for that and I found it incredibly off-putting. The episodes before it set a tone of strange things happening that might be ultimately harmful, but in a slow creeping sort of way. Hearing the dog murdered was sudden and awful.

Wonderful anthology with one story ebbing into the next

It’s a treat from a wonderful set of writers. Every time you listen you find another parallel with the others in the series. Perfect piece of creepy before falling asleep to make you question if all the lights really need to be off tonight.
