Host Stephanie Barajas was born into the business, but she feels like there needs to be a stronger community for all present and future restaurateurs in Las Vegas. Join Stephanie as she interviews other restaurant owners to learn their struggles and achievements, as well as plenty of tips for anyone looking to get into the restaurant business. Along the way, Stephanie also interviews her father as we learn his story and the story of their restaurant, Lindo Michoacan.

Just started and I’m loving it
Very humble women full of passion and the love she has for her life work, family and life come through. I enjoy how much she admires her dad. Very excited to keep listening.
I know how she talked about reviews and criticism and so I hesitated but maybe it can or will not be a useful suggestion.
I do feel like she interrupts the conversation sometimes. Still doesn’t take away from the conversations. And I know she’s new and still learning. I do find that in audio formats interrupting, or repeating agreement can be distracting to the listener. Also can come off as dismissive or as if you want the conversation to hurry up and get to a conclusion.
Anyways the quality and content is awesome! Keep shining
