We already did a general talk and asked the question, "What's your next best move black woman?"  In Season 2, episode 8 we dove deep into the topic which showed us how much Black women are undervalued, underpaid and under represented in the workplace, in communities across the country as well as in healthcare. As disheartening as the information was, we felt the need to put it out there. As if being a Black Woman is not enough, we have to deal with the ongoing "LACK" in the workplace, in business, in health care and so on. The research supports it too.
