Nick Lynn is author of Employee Experience (EX) Leadership: Build Trust Through Employee Experience and Engagement. He is a researcher and consultant who has helped leaders at some of the world’s largest companies to build high performance cultures and improve employee engagement.
He is based in London, but has also lived and worked in Chicago and New York. He has a PhD from The University of Birmingham in England and he was a lecturer at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland where he is an Honorary Fellow.
He is especially interested in using employee experience analytics to solve business problems, such as simplifying the way people work and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
