Kyle helps new investors buy their first deal in under 12 months without using any of their own money. While raising over 1 million dollars as a 20 year-old, Kyle saw all of the obstacles that new investors will face and has developed proven systems to overcome these barriers and do huge deals, regardless of age or experience.

Although he is young in the industry, he’s already proven himself to be a professional in the field. To close a 107 unit for his first deal? At age 21? He’s the real deal! His content delivers so much motivation, value, and insight that I had to get his course which EXCEEDED my expectations! His podcast is just the surface of what this guy knows. His course does a deep dive into the Multifamily industry providing how to assemble your team, communicate with brokers, pick your market, analyze a property and much more! Made me think if someone this young can do it, why can’t I? Don’t sleep on him! Love the podcast and the guests he brings on! Can’t wait for more.
