Reducing lens diopters?  Don't try any of this at home.  This is all highly experimental, unapproved, and definitely requiring research and reading and critical thinking.  And still, you're totally doing a thing you're probably not supposed to.  Especially for anyone going "but what are  the stepz, bro", this is definitely and absolutely not for you. The Jake Origin Story:  I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight.  No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!)   The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

Not really a podcast.  More just the audio file of my recent video explaining intermediate distance active focus, and some troubleshooting ideas for vision improvement progress.

Jake is the man

Heard him on Greg Carlwoods THC. Boy do I wanna strangle my first optometrist.

Reduced my myopia (my-opia?)

Was at -7 barely passing the eyechart, and after some work with Jake’s recommendations, I’m 20/25 with 5.75, and improving rapidly and consistently. Given the extended time course of this kind of project, I’m grateful for Jake to add yet another channel through which to support our commitment to the basic habits that reverse the process of myopia. What a mensch!

I love this

I've been a practicer of the endmyopia method for a few years, and I've had great results. I followed the plan pretty strictly according to Jake's blog and videos, and I've significantly reduced my prescription. This podcast seems to be all about how other people have done it. It's really helpful to hear other people's viewpoints and techniques. It motivates me to continue pushing toward 20/20 with no lenses.
