    Multilingual Marketing with Lee Densmer

    Multilingual Marketing with Lee Densmer

Today we are going to talk about what is a Content marketer. As I have been working extensively in the Marketing field as a Language Specialist, I met Lee Densmer in some webinars, and had a very insightful chat with her. Lee is a Content Creator, Entrepreneur, and the owner of GLOBIA Content Marketing, that she founded in March of 2023.

Her mission, as she describes herself, is to help people keep it simple so they can execute and keep it organized so it can be fun and not stressful. Our clients need to find peace of mind, order, and organization to move forward with their content.

Her education is in writing, teaching, and linguistics, with Spanish studies in liberal arts. Her work experience is in project management, client services management, and marketing. She has more than 25 years of experience in the language services industry, which is all about translation, interpretation, and technology like machine and AI translation.

Localization is about customizing EVERYTHING for your target market and making sure it meets their needs, doesn’t offend them, and reaches them emotionally so they want to do business with your brand.  This work is rooted in a thorough understanding of local customer needs, interests and preferences (i.e. do your research).  Software localization and engineering is also highly technical—worth hiring a pro. This is the job of an expert together with the Linguist to craft the best result.

Listen to this Podcast episode or watch us in YouTube to find out the relevance of Style Guides, not only the preparation and writing of them, but the practical application. You have to teach how to put them into practice. Also, why Content Audits are so important before launching your Content Strategy.

Lee is the author of many fascinating blog posts, and a fully packed weekly newsletter. Visit her website where B2B enterprises get tips, insights, and practical advice on how to connect with their global customers through relevant, impactful content. Our content needs to reach the soul of our clients.

She recommends the book by Nataly Kelly Take your Company Global, and The Content Chemistry: The Illustrated Handbook for Content Marketing by Andy Crestodina, who is the co-founder and the Strategic Director of Orbit Media, an award-winning web design company in Chicago. He is also a top-rated speaker at marketing conferences around the country.

We are very optimistic about the future of Content Marketing. Listen to this conversation and if you like it rate us, share with two friends who might find it useful, and recommend us. Thanks, Lee for your time to talk about your daily life and inspire us to go deeper into the Content Marketing World.

    Nonnas & True Communication

    Nonnas & True Communication

Last year I spent the Italian Summer in magical Sardinia reading Italian books related to our Ancestors, our origins.

The book La Nonna by Elena Bernabé captivated my soul and helped me move forward.

I travelled with my eldest son, Juan, to pursue the Italian citizenship for our family. The trip was TITANIC to say the least. However, if live brings you lemons, .... you know the answer!

After reading and discovering new Italian authors, I found this incredibly inspirational author. And this is my interview to Elena Bernabé, and one her books called La Nonna, a book I heartily recommend you to read. Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks, Elena for this interview, for your words and for your amazing book celebrating the endless, eternal legacy of our fabulous, unique Nonnas! Thanks, Elena for this interview, for your words and for your amazing book celebrating the endless, eternal legacy of our fabulous, unique Nonnas!
