And I Thought I was Doing it Right!

I was doing what I thought was right! I was taking some of the best job postings/descriptions I could find on the internet. But I was getting lackluster candidates and therefore, hiring lackluster employees!

Danielle Mulvey said I need to get super-specific in what I am looking for. Obviously, I need to spend more time putting together the right posts, to attract the right candidates - which will probably save me more time in the long haul!

Thanks for the great tips!

Tips for Changing Your Hiring Game

Great show with awesome advice! In particular, episode 56 with guest Danielle Mulvey had great insight on recruitment and hiring. Danielle shared a lot of tips and tricks, like making sure you don’t just copy/paste your job descriptions from other job postings— you won’t find 5-Star talent that way! Being original is everything these days!

Great interview with Danielle Mulvey.

Another great guest Brian! Danielle shared some practical insights about how to hire the right people. Unfortunately, most of us don’t know how to hire, so we tend to be more subjective.
Danielle goes on to reiterate the importance of implementing an objective process to hire 5-Star employees.
