Natalia Sierra grew up in the cosmopolitan Bogotá, Colombia. She was raised in a Christian family and to the day she is still driven by love, divine purpose and faith in Jesus Christ.

After finishing her studies in documentary filmmaker her passion for human rights and social justice led her and her family to flee Colombia and look for political asylum in Switzerland.

Ever since she has initiated various projects in the intersection of art, activism, urban space and social entrepreneurship. Her story has been featured in such context as Art Basel, The UN agency for refugees, Swiss national tv and radio channel SRF and more.

Gracious Mazivanhanga is a 23 year old Chemical and Process Systems Engineering student living in Harare Zimbabwe. She is the CEO and founder of Shining light Foundation, a non-profit organisation that has the children and youth of Zimbabwe at heart. Her story of that of starting where you are and with what you have - she is simply impressive!

Claire Murigande is a biologist by education and training. She holds degrees from the universities of Geneva and Basel in Switzerland. Before transitioning to the private sector, Claire spent a couple of years in academic research. She has been professionally active in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry since 2008 where she developed expertise in Medical Affairs. Claire has been passionate about bringing value through science with her different roles at the interface between research & development and the various business teams she has been part of.
In November 2020, Claire was a featured speaker at the first edition of TEDx HWZ with an inspiring talk titled 'Self-connectedness'. Claire is also the creator and host of 'Narratives of Purpose' podcast, where she shares unique stories of people contributing to make a difference in society.
