Spot on dialogue directed to blind spots in Veteran’s care

This podcast aptly and sharply addresses the challenges that we face in taking care of our patients who have had experiences and exposures that are not defined in textbooks. The approach that is being advocated based on compassion and evidence should help every provider to improve the quality of care and health outcomes of these most important and unique patients. With my practice of care for Vetrans with functional bowel disorders this information provides / reinforces the important perspective and approach that is needed.
