Naryanthe Namo Namo, you’ve all fallen in love with the backing track to the Arj Speaks Podcast, today I’m grateful to introduce you all to the fierce yet angelic voice and persona behind it.
My guest today, has maintained the beauty of Indian culture through classical music. Despite having lived in New Zealand all her life, the traditional arts are her go to form of expression. Not only is she a trained vocalist in what is arguably the most difficult forms of music on the planet, she plays the tanpura! An instrument that defines the complexity of Indian music with four simple strings. Her commitment to raising awareness about the traditional arts through contemporary compositions is inspirational.
With a Master’s in Bioscience Enterprise, she really is redefining what it means to be a woman in the 21st century. I’m really looking forward to all she has to share today about thought leadership, changing perception and using these skills entrepreneurially! I endearingly call her ARAV Didi but to the rest of the world she is known as Archana Ravi.

We're back at it and our first port of call is not to only raise awareness about Mental Health but do something about it too. The ArjSpeaks Podcast is so grateful to have sat down with the founders of Voice of Health, Luke Karabatsos and James Hatchman which is a leading Australian Mental Health start-up to unpack lessons to support the future of successful and mindful entrepreneurs. Their precious time yielded some precious pearls of wisdom we can all walk away with becoming almost enlightened. 

I met the young gentleman a couple years ago, when I believe he was in his final high school year and I was in my second year at University, where we did a short Investment Banking program together - he was polished, smart, and had that nothing’s going to get me down energy around him. I remember him as bright as day. In all honesty despite his age, he was the one person in the program out of all the stellar candidates that myself and my close friend who attended the program with me took acute notice of, we recognised his potential and calibre and knew that we needed to keep and eye out for him. A few years down the track, our suspicions have been confirmed. Originally from the UK, he found himself in South Africa and would always speak of an innovative future, one without barriers and one fuelled by tech and efficiency, little did I know that he would manifest this future for himself. He’s 22 and created 7 figure business. Learn how in this episode!
