    - Natrel Mystic
    After struggling with large amount of debt and depression, I had to find a way to release the creative side of myself, through dance, writing, making stuff, budgeting and being a part of WR Sisterhood. Trusting my decision making, not being so hard on myself and allowing myself time to heal from my PTSD.

    I've been called a functionally depressed, which means I do everything to distract myself from my thoughts and neglect my self care. This includes poor hygiene, bad eating habits and not wanting to get out of bed, although I'm also sleep deprived, this has caused bad skin, alopecia and hormonal imbalances.
