Poetry for the rest of us
I love this podcast. It makes me laugh and I learn a lot about poetry.
liking it
I've been enjoying this for a couple of weeks now.
Inaccurate opportunist
Choosing to ride the backs of actual poets, offering inaccurate information, this podcast purports to be anti-academic musings on poetry. What the listener gets is the same pretension, but wrapped in elementary commentary. Attaching himself to popular writers throughout history, Davies true aim is to promote his own writing, which is embarrassingly poor. But that is social media and this medium, now isn’t it.
