Natasha opens up about her experience going through her own divorce and how it motivated her to help others and her advice to current couples thinking about marriage. They also discuss how young couples can prepare themselves to be "future-proof" going into marriage and understand what type of conversations they need to have to help them have a strong start to the next chapter of their life. Finally, they wrap the episode with Natasha giving advice to individuals who recently got divorced and are going back into the dating world.
