It took me time, knowledge and a lot of self work to go from 2-3 panic attacks a month to hardly any in 10 months. This is the first time I've ever opened up about my journey with anxiety and how I coped with it.

    The fear we have of failure can often eclipse the motivation to succeed. The insecurity about doing things incorrectly causes many people to subconsciously sabotage their own chances for success.

    Fear is part of human nature and feeling the fear of failure inevitable. As an entrepreneur, I faced this same fear many times. My emotions and identity became intertwined with my work, and when things didn’t go as planned, I broke down. Fortunately, I overcame this unhealthy relationship with fear a couple years ago, and I believe that you can, too.
