Through him we see how privilege and the colonial baggage internalized by the African bourgeoisie blinds them to the realities of city life.

In the previous episode Jacinda regaled the anger management group with tales of her philandering husband and heartbroken madam. Now Diana shares her story of woe, one laced with domestic abuse, child kidnapping and her attempts at building a new life. Will she get the help she needs?

Meet Counsellor Rose, the center of our story and the reason all our characters find their way to each other. Into her anger management class walk in Jacinda, a feisty domestic worker and entrepreneur, Diana a former primary school teacher from Nyeri who recently moved to Nairobi, Louis a former spokesman of the Nairobi City Council and Sarah Obama a young lady struggling to find her place in life.

As tensions between Jacinda and Louis threaten to spill over into a full-blown fight, Sarah Obama, the youngest member in the class, shares her sobering perspective.

New to Nairobi, Diana describes how the city forces her to face her biggest fear... Meanwhile, Jacinda pushes Louis, the former spokesman for the Nairobi City Council, to take a good look at his privilege.
