Adam Richlin is the CEO of Lightbulb Rentals, formerly known as Lightbulb G&E, which caters to the local film community using product rentals, community events, online resources and a commitment to strengthening the bonds of the NYC Film Industry.

Today’s focus is dual; to discuss the realities that rental houses face in this industry as well as unpack a very important piece of current film history that’s unfolding: the IATSE Strike. As union voting goes under way, it looks like the industry may very soon grind to a halt. Why is this happening? What does it mean for the future of film---union or otherwise? Scotty Buckler is a NY-based Jib & Crane operator who has worked on countless commercials, films, and music videos. He designs, builds, and delivers all of his jibs and cranes to set and is widely respected as one of NYC’s most experienced owner-operators.
