So Grateful

I cannot thank you enough for this podcast and how much it’s truly helping me. I’ve been listening to as many episodes as possible since I found it last week. I’m just beginning a new counseling journey where I now feel so much hope to be vulnerable and heal from shame due to lifelong anxiety and OCD. I feel a sense of relief and grace, encouraged, and so hopeful. I truly cannot tell you enough what listening to these episodes has done for me already, I will forever be grateful.

Best podcast for anxiety

I have come to love listening to Carrie’s soothing voice as she helps me understand more about my PP OCD and anxiety. I love that she is talking about it from a Christian perspective. This show has been SUPER helpful for me, even though I’m also in therapy. Keep up the excellent work, Carrie!
