Tania es la Directora de Operaciones Logísticas y Servicio al Cliente de General Mills con sede en Brasil. Es una ejecutiva con más de 20 años de experiencia en cadena de suministro, farmacéutica y bienes de consumo. Antes de esta asignación, Tania fue Líder Regional de la Cadena de Suministro para Sudamérica para Zoetis durante más de 4 años y Gerente de la Cadena de Suministro de Diabetes y Cuidado de la Vista para América Latina en J&J. Anteriormente estuvo en el FMCG en Marte como Gerente Sr de Supply Chain: Logística, Atención al Cliente, Planificación y Comercio Exterior - Choco & Food; y anteriormente en Ferrero como Gerente de Desarrollo de la Cadena de Suministro BRA y Cono Sur. En los primeros años trabajó para Pernod Ricard como responsable de Proyectos y Planificación Logística y para Phillip Morris en Proyectos de Ventas y Distribución. Comenzó su carrera como Coordinadora de Planificación y Ventas en América Latina Logistics.

Tania is the Director of Operations Logistics & Customer Service at General Mills based in Brazil. She is an Executive with over 20 years of expertise in Supply Chain, Pharma, and FMCG. Before this assignment, Tania was the Supply Chain Regional Leader for South America for Zoetis for over 4 years and the Supply Chain Manager of Diabetes & Vision Care for Latin America at J&J.  Previously, she was in the FMCG in Mars as Sr Manager of Supply Chain: Logistics, Customer Service, Planning and Foreign Trade - Choco & Food; and previously in Ferrero as Supply Chain Development Manager BRA & South Cone. In the initial years, she worked for Pernod Ricard as a Logistics Planning and Project Manager and for Phillip Morris in Sales and Distribution Projects. She started her career as a Planning & Sales Coordinator in America Latina Logistics.

Antonio Domínguez es el Presidente de la Región de América Latina y el Caribe en A.P. Moller-Maersk. Antonio ha desarrollado su carrera como líder clave en la Industria Logística a lo largo de más de 28 años en A.P. Moller-Maersk en América Latina en posiciones de liderazgo: Director General de Área para Centroamérica, Andina y el Mar Caribe, Director General de Área para el Área del Mar Caribe, Director General de Área para la Costa Este de América del Sur, entre otros roles clave. Inició su carrera como Gerente Comercial.

Antonio Dominguez is the President of Latin America and the Caribbean Region in A.P. Moller-Maersk.  Antonio has developed his career as a key leader in the Logistics Industry through over 28 years in A.P. Moller-Maersk in Latin America in leadership positions: Area Managing Director for Central America, Andina and the Caribbean Sea, Area Managing Director for the Caribbean Sea Area, Area Managing Director for the East Coast of South America among others key roles. Roy Calderón ha sido el Gerente General y Líder de ATL Technology en Costa Rica durante los últimos dos años. Anteriormente, ha desempeñado diferentes funciones en la industria médica dentro de Phillips, CRx Life Science, Establishment Labs, Abbot y Allergan, durante más de 14 años desempeñando funciones como Director de Cadena de Suministro y Director de Materiales, entre otras. Antes de estos puestos, trabajó para H.B. Fuller, Intel, Coca-Cola Cola y J&J, desempeñando funciones en la cadena de suministro y la fabricación.

Rodolfo Leitón es el director general de Coamesa, una empresa de bienes de consumo que opera en Centroamérica. Además, es miembro del Consejo Asesor de Antiguos Alumnos del Decano del Walton College of Business de la Universidad de Arkansas. Ocasionalmente imparte cursos de emprendimiento en la Universidad de Costa Rica, forma parte del directorio de una empresa minorista y es cofundador del Colectivo Empresarial, una organización sin fines de lucro que busca informar a la sociedad sobre la importancia y los beneficios del sector privado. Inició su carrera en Walmart en EE. UU.

Anteriormente, Eliane pasó más de 16 años en la industria farmacéutica y Takeda se desempeñó como gerente de proyectos de cadena de suministro y otras funciones. Antes de Takeda, trabajó con Kepler Weber y Delphi e inició su carrera en General Motors en Brasil.
