Chai Swinton is Owner and Operator of Body by Chai, a fine lingerie boutique located in Calgary, AB. Body by Chai is the city’s first WOC-owned lingerie boutique to cater to all women, LGBTQIA2S+ and people of all sizes. She is lovingly referred to as “The Bra Whisperer” due to her 10+ years of experience working with international designers and styles. Impressively, Body by Chai won the Inclusivity Award in 2021 by The Best of Intima Magazine. Since then, Chai has been working toward making Calgary a more gender diverse place.

McCauley Wanner is Co-Founder of the ALLELES Design Studio, a Victoria-based design studio that specializes in the design and fabrication of fashionable covers for limb prostheses. In 2013, she and architect Ryan Palibroda founded ALLELES with the vision of giving people with a missing upper or lower limb a unique way to show some style. Over time, ALLELES has gained national and international recognition for its custom pieces made of FDA-grade ABS plastic, a material that allows for further modification and customization based on each individual’s need. The company is recognized by over 400 clinics, allowing for easy reimbursement, and has been featured in publications like Vogue, People Magazine, The New York Times, Elle Decor and Refinery 29.

Margarita de Guzman is one of very few female archaeologist entrepreneurs in Canada. She is the Founder of Circle CRM Group Inc. and has over 20 years of extensive archaeological experience and knowledge in all fields related to historical resource consulting. Throughout her career, she has managed many large scale projects and recorded numerous historic resources sites. Recognizing that the archaeological work she and her team perform involves artifacts from distinct and unique Indigenous cultures, Margarita is dedicated to inclusion and collaboration with Indigenous partners in the field, and has created an Indigenous Inclusion Strategy. Most recently, Margarita launched The Fair Field Foundation, a program created to champion and celebrate female archaeologists by providing women-led engagement opportunities.

Aman Adatia is the Co-founder and CEO of FARE Group, a multifaceted real estate organization focused on building the urban neighbourhoods of tomorrow. He is extremely passionate about creating a just and equitable society through developing neighbourhoods with inclusive prosperity in mind. He insists that by thoughtfully curating people's connection points - to affordable food, housing, and lifestyle necessities - it will transform communities for generations. When it comes to his education, he has studied in the areas of science, Entrepreneurship, Pharmacology and the Culinary Arts at U of C, Mount Royal University, the U of A and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Over the years, Michelle Gault has built a successful career for herself by creating innovative consumer products for brands like Herschel Supply Co., FGL Sports Ltd. (Sportchek), INTERSPORT Group, WESTBEACH and Kona Bicycle Company. One of her accomplishments consists of Scaling a new apparel line to $1M in sales in just under 2 years at Kona Bikes. In addition to her work life, Michelle has an involved 16-year volunteer career with Big Brothers Big Sisters Canada. Most recently, Michelle took part in altMBA, a 31-day intensive online workshop for e-learning providers with best-selling author Seth Godin.

Philippe Lucas PhD is a psychedelic and cannabis researcher and President of SABI Mind, a clinic group providing access to psychedelic-assisted therapy in the treatment of mental health, pain and problematic substance use. Philippe was founder and Executive Director of the Vancouver Island Compassion Society, one of Canada’s first medical cannabis dispensaries, a founding Board member of the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies Canada, and co-founder of the Victoria Association of Psychedelic Studies. More recently, he worked as VP, Global Patient Research & Access at Tigray, where he oversaw a comprehensive international clinical and observational cannabis research program. Philippe has received a number of accolades for his patient research and advocacy, including the Americans for Safe Access Researcher of the Year Award 2021, the Cannabis Council of Canada Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
