    Robyn Joy is the author of the poetry chapbook Tumbling Through from Budget Press, from which (most of) the poems in this episode are taken. She resides in Vermont with her husband and their cat. She credits identifying as a poet to weekly writing Zooms with Writers for Recovery, facilitated by Gary Miller and Undercurrent, facilitated by Desiree Dallagiacomo. She enjoys communing with animals, dissecting dreams, giving herself stick & poke tattoos, and cutting vegetables. She’s been sober since 1/1/16, and when she isn’t nursing a random injury, she practices yin yoga before sunrise. @the_comma_struggle

    John Dorsey lived for several years in Toledo, Ohio. He is the author of several collections of poetry, including Chorus in an Empty Feild from Budget Press, from which these poems are taken. His work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, and the Stanley Hanks Memorial Poetry Prize. He was the winner of the 2019 Terri Award given out at the Poetry Rendezvous.
