Welcome to SEASON THREE! Join me for this episode of Seasonal noticing, creative rituals, permission slips to feel and be your cyclical self!
These are *some of* my go-to creative rituals as the inner & outer seasons change. We're going a layer deeper into your own creative, cyclical nature. We gather, without a destination but a divine focus on what is present along the way for each of us.
Presence with the process often allows our desires to be delivered by default intimacy with our truth & naturalness, so be on the journey.
SPRING - colourfully vision map ideas, SUMMER - express through dance, movement, connective experience, AUTUMN - writing and releasing through words and expansive discussion,, WINTER - craft sacred spaces through the senses eg touch, smell taste, curate playlists for you mood.
I love how noticing brings a new awareness or new perspective.

Hello loves, join me to tune into the seasons changing, ways to navigate them & reflect, including applying the lens of cycles + seasons to your life and soul work.
Seasonality Exercise Questions
What seasons are you in?
What wisdom does it hold?
How can you lean into the season even more?
Now can you zoom out and name the multiple season your life, business, creations or relationships are in? (maybe using different textas or objects)
What season is your life or soul work in?
What seasons are your creations in?
What season or phase of your menstrual (or moon) cycle are you in?
Orient yourself within the ecology of your life and remember nature's wisdom is that not everything needs to be ripe in the same seasons, at the same time.

Full Moon Guided Meditation with Sophie
Explore your inner landscape & meditate with me (Sophie French) during the full moon phase. There is nothing you need to do except find a nourishing, supportive + undisturbed position either sitting or lying down - perhaps covering yourself with a blanket, using an eye pillow and anything else to make this a sacred, devotional space for yourself.
The full moon is a beautiful time to look within, to what themes or topics are being illuminated in your life and what is also calling to be released, that is no longer serving your highest good.
