    Trauma doesn’t discriminate. 
    Trauma could be affecting your son, your mother, your best friend, or your spouse. It’s important that we increase our awareness around the issues of trauma so we can become a safe place for the folks in our life who are suffering.

I share the different tiers of the trauma-informed approach, a breakdown of the 5 guiding principles of being trauma-informed, and the impact trauma-informed living can have on reducing trauma impact and increasing resilience in the folks around us.
