My best skin health podcast
I’ve listened to just 2 episodes so far and I had to subscribe because of how amazing they were. With my background in cosmetic science I hear so many people talk about skincare with respect to products but everyone seems to forget that your health (physical and most importantly mental health) play a huge role on skin care. I’m so glad this podcast is talking about skin conditions that so many people ignore and relating it to the state of the mind. It resonates so much with me especially because I’ve had terrible experiences with eczema caused by anxiety. So far this is my best skincare podcast!
