Perfect for biology nerds

This is a really good podcast. I love that it’s dedicated just to digestive science. I have learned so much from this show and I am always looking forward to the next episode.

My one and only criticism is that it’s a very technical show. I find most episodes difficult to understand at first because they use a lot of terminology that the layperson is not familiar with. I have to listen to episodes more than once and often have to look up words and terms in medical and biology dictionaries, BUT, once I understand what they’re saying, I find the information fascinating and easy to apply in my daily life to better my health.
