    In this Pokemon interview, we are joined by FinalBossAJ, a Pokemon Trainer from Nova Scotia with a passion for both Pokemon GO PvP Battles and Ice-type Pokemon.

    FinalBossAJ's Pokemon journey started with Pokemon Blue where she would play alongside her brother beating the Elite Four, Battling, and catching Mewtwo. She played Pokemon throughout its history with a fondness for Pokemon Black and White because of it's unique story and characters.

    Afterwards, FinalBossAJ transitioned to Pokemon GO where she would battle the gyms and sweep the areas for Team Instinct. Her interest eventually went to Pokemon GO PvP where she would battle in GBL and compete for cosmetic clothes available for Legend rank.

    FinalBossAJ speaks with her time on Twitch and how she built both a persona and an audience that identified with her deep passion for Pokeon battles ranging from major triumphs to painful defeats.

    In this Pokemon interview, we are joined by HoosierDada13, a Pokemon Trainer from Indiana who was a victim of a house fire that destroyed his family home back in December 2023.

    HoosierDada13 shares his experience dealing with the fire and the community response from the Pokemon GO podcast community, specifically Beginner to Winner PvP, GO Cast, and Lured Up.  Each leader notified their communities of the tragedy and were able to help raise money to pay for costs for the entire family.

    This episode shows that friendship can go beyond online and into something more personal and life changing.

    In this Pokemon interview, we are joined by Cards For Kids, a Pokemon Trainer from Plano, Texas who started a non-profit with the goal of providing healing for children who are victims of abuse through Pokemon Cards.

    Cards For Kids Pokemon journey started with the Pokemon TCG where he would collect the cards and do trades with friends at school. Due to lack of finances, he was unable to really indulge into the Pokemon TCG like he can today.

    However, with his passion for Pokemon cards and his background working in the criminal justice system, Cards For Kids started a non-profit with the mission to provide Pokemon cards to every law enforcement office and agencies that services children who are victims of abuse. Listen to this inspiring story and the unique way Pokemon can bring healing to children!

    In this Pokemon interview, we are joined by Lokemon, a Pokemon Trainer from Chicago, Illinois who creates fake Pokemon using digital art.

    Lokemon shares his first experience with Pokemon starting with the anime and video games. Pokemon was used as an escape for him to keep him company while both his parents were busy. Pokemon has been a main source of peace and one of his biggest passions in life.

    Lokemon shares how his imagination led him to create fake Pokemon and imaginary Pokemon regions. Lokemon enjoys creating a space for himself and others to dive into, especially when Pokemon caters to a different audience. Lokemon shares some of his created Pokemon like a root beer float Pokemon that is also a bear!

    Finally, both Lokemon and I do a world building exercise where we create our own gyms and Elite Four members. Listen to what we create on the spot as we tag team creating a region together!

    TRAINER'S EYE #83 - "Kingambit Citrus Supremacy" ft. LIME KING

    In this Pokemon interview, we are joined by LIME KING, a Pokemon Trainer from Australia and winner of the Pokemon Cypher 2023 contest.

    LIME KING shares his experience with Pokemon, starting with Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. He shares how he would play those generation of games for hours due to having to spend time at the dance studio. LIME KING shares his insight and opinions on Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum and gives his thoughts on the remakes, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

    Despite LIME KING initially resistant to being at a dance studio, LIME KING eventually embraced dancing with hip-hop and shares his experience traveling around the world teaching students the art of hip-hop dancing. LIME KING's interest in dancing eventually led him to try rapping. What best could be described as a mix of screaming while rhyming, LIME KING has a unique style that is better heard from brief samples within the interview.

    Finally, LIME KING gives insight into his thought process for creating his lyrics and how he approached his Cypher submissions. Despite entering the contest as a complete unknown, LIME KING became a crowd favorite and the eventual winner of the Pokemon Cypher contest.
