ChrisCast Episode 8: Colonial Rule
Chris and Al discuss the latest goings on in Westminster. Lots of focus on the use of Section 35 and a Ghost of Scotland Past. Beyond that the mayhem continues. Chris tells us about some of the work he is doing to keep holding the Government to account.
This episode is a bit of a crossover as the Section 35 challenge applies to Holyrood and the GRR legislation. Westminster is Holyrood bashing and the end will be seen in the Supreme Court. Again.
The Tories in Westminster either fail to acknowledge they have colleagues who voted for the GRR bill, or more likely, don't care.
We also look at the latest polling and the trends therein from the 2most recent polls.
Nerdspot is back, Gallant, Honourable, Learned....wtf???
We round out with a rundown of the surgeries coming up at the start of February.

ChrisCast Episode 7: Bonded
This week Chris and Al talk about the Supreme Court ruling and it's implications. We talk about the Belfast Agreement and the Smith Commission and despite repeated insistance that the UK Union is volutary, the Tories refuse to reveal how Scotland can leave the union voluntarily.
More chat about the cost of living, the UK's multimillionaire Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, the tax status of his wife & Sunak's father in law doing business with Russia despite international sanctions.
Nerd Spot is back! In this episode we discuss the difference between Debates and Committees.
Locally there is updates on food larder projects with fantastic progress being made.
With Christmas coming up some surgeries will be cancelled over the break, including CAB outreach (next available in January). To check times and dates visit Chris' website here.

ChrisCast Episode 6: London Lunacy
Chris and Al talk about the crazy antics of Westminster & the Tory Danse Macabre. We try and make some sense of what has been one of the most disruptive times in UK politics since the early 1800's.
We mention the usual suspects and their roles in the chaos enveloping the House of Commons.
Moving on to local issues, we update people on the progress of community larders and supermarkets, and let you know when the next surgeries are being held in the community.
