This podcast exists to serve my tribe. It is for all small business owners in the hustle whether you're starting a business from scratch or looking for tips and best practices to stay in growth mode, retain employees and build a world-class leadership team who work cohesively in a thriving ecosystem known as your company culture, you should listen to the guests and leaders on this podcast. When I started out in business in 2004, it was difficult to find resources I could relate to., even though I read over 800 books about business, entrepreneurship, marketing, management and other self-help topics, they seldom represented the plight of the small (micro) business owner. It is inspiring and entertaining to read about Apple, Starbucks, Walmart, Southwest Airlines and other great companies but I had to develop the skills to translate that information to my level and wallet size. The Recode Podcast is named after his most recent book which bears the subtitle "8 mind hacks for the small business owner" and is his contribution to the SBO world.Emmanuel Osuyah is an author, businessman, world travelers, international recording artist, and keynote speaker. Though his journey is filled with life altering experiences, he has maintained an outlook that fosters growth in all areas. He speaks 5 languages, owns 5 companies and is passionate about living through the creation of unique experiences by taking risk and pushing through adversity time and again. This podcast is limited to 30 episodes as I have to get back to the business of passionately pursuing other interests I have in this human dimension. Thanks for dropping in. If you hear something that helps you recode your entrepreneurial mindset then please implement and pass it on to another SBO.
