    Episode 40 – Pressure or Pleasure

    Episode 40 – Pressure or Pleasure

    In this podcast we talked about knitting competitions and KALs such as the Ravelympics. What's the deal with those things anyway? Why would you compete or join a group of knitters working on the same projects? Do you find pleasure in these activities, or is it just too much pressure? We'll discuss some pros and cons of both!

    But first, what's on our needles?

    * Clapotis (http://www.ravelry.com/projects/DarthKnitter/clapotis-2)
    * February Lady Sweater (http://www.ravelry.com/projects/DarthKnitter/february-lady-sweater)

    Did you catch that funny segway? :)

    In the second segment we get down to the good stuff! We're talking about the types of knitting competitions & KALs (which means knit-along for the newbies out there). We talk about why and why not jump on the bandwagon!

I listen to a lot of knitting podcasts and the thing I have come to be intolerant of is bad sound quality. I cannot even review the content of this podcast because I didn't make it past the first minute. It sounded like they were both in a tin can in the bathroom of a moving RV. No thanks.

obsidian78 ,

Love the Podcast :) Knitting for Jesus!!!

I absolutely love this podcast! Although the sound quality is sometimes not the greatest, the Bible readings and the overall content of the hosts make up for that. Please keep making this podcast. Keep praising Jesus with each podcast :)
