Choosing myself with your support

I love your podcast! It makes me feel heard, not alone and like I’m not going crazy! But I just finished listening to the choosing myself series and I just want to say Thank you!
Thank you for helping me love the choice! Thank you for helping me understand that boundaries are healthy and even loving!
Thank you for encouraging me to be brave and put the excuses behind me and forcing myself to find evidence of the benefits of it!

Life changing value

I’ve been listening to Amanda for about a year now. I am so grateful to have found her. As a new mom who has had to revamp my entire diet after being diagnosed with celiac, and then as covid/lockdown hit, I had to find a way to get my life back on track and start feeling like myself again. Amanda offers invaluable wisdom when it comes to health and mindset and she is a large part of the reason I’ve been successful with my new eating habits and creating momentum in my life in order to overcome overwhelm. She’s extremely relatable and her passion for people shines through her voice on this podcast. Every time I listen, I walk away uplifted, encouraged, empowered, and more knowledgeable. She’s my go-to any time I need a little kick in the pants to keep going.
