I love Robyn’s focus on “gentle is the new perfect” and that by taking small steps we can make big changes!I appreciate how vulnerable she is -both on here and on Instagram and sharing where she is on her own journey. It makes it so much easier to believe in what she says. There have been so many great guests that I have learned from over the years on here too- books I have been inspired to buy and people’s work to learn from! And the “good morning...
