8 Lessons on How To Finally Let Go of the Past and Forgive

8 Lessons on How To Finally Let Go of the Past and Forgive

This week’s topic is: 8 Lessons on How To Finally Let Go of the Past and Forgive

This is such a huge topic when it comes to our health, our overall well-being in a really true sense. I'm not talking about just achieving the weight that you want or going to the gym a certain amount of times a week, or getting a certain amount of sleep every night. These are important aspects of wellness, as they are contributing factors.

What really ultimately matters is the peace and your internal state moment to moment, day to day. That's real wellness experienced and the issue with forgiveness is when we don't forgive, rather when we hold onto resentment, it creates a real inflammatory effect inside of us.

I invite you to be open to our conversation today and to see from an emotional wellbeing standpoint, where we can continue to dive deep and continue to let go because underneath is only love. Underneath in the True Self is this incredibly powerful energy that we can block. We tend to block our own energy from fear and forgiveness which means that we don't want to be heard again, it's a, it's a type of protection mechanism. We want to move through all of that and today I’ll be sharing 8 lessons to start letting go and start feeling good.

Have you been wondering about this very topic? If you want to know the answer to this question sent in by a Beauty just like you, listen now to find out!

4 Small Spiritual Steps that Result in Big Changes in Your Life

4 Small Spiritual Steps that Result in Big Changes in Your Life

Spirituality is seeing this expanded essence within all things. It's seeing spirit in all things. It's the universe, God, source, higher power, whatever verbiage, whatever concept you connect with, it doesn't really matter. And it's seeing that in the physical life, there are things that we see with our physical eyes, but there is more to perceive from an energetic and spiritual standpoint. This is the expanded vision. This is what the yogis and the gurus talked about and the opening of the third eye.
When we start to see life with this expanded vision, we start to feel more connection, more love, joy, and bliss. In other words, all of the emotions, all of the feelings, all of the states of being that we crave and we want, we desire. This is a whole different way of living life. And so we want to bring spirituality into our life. We want to meld the spiritual and the physical.
We don't want to compartmentalize. We don't want to have that one hour that we go to service, synagogue, church, temple or wherever you go. If you practice any of that or have a meditation and then don't bring it into the rest of your life, we want to start bringing this into our lives moment to moment. This expanded vision gives us great comfort and strength and solace.
The amazing thing about spirituality and letting it run through our lives is that we become empowered to feel the True Self. We feel spirit inside of us. It creates self-reliance and true strength. And whilst we love to share and connect with others, we realize that we don't really need anything outside our strength. Our true anchor and our sanctuary is on the inside.

8 Strategies for How To Improve Your Eating Habits During the Holidays

8 Strategies for How To Improve Your Eating Habits During the Holidays

This week’s topic is: 8 Strategies for How To Improve Your Eating Habits During the Holidays

We are right on the cusp of the holiday season, and things are really picking up. There's probably more activity in your life. Get togethers and events, things with friends, things at your child's school. They all seem to pile up and feel really busy this time of year.

There's also the added ingredient of relatives coming in or being around family members that you aren't always used to being around, which can be really exciting and wonderful, and can also create some stress. People always bring different energies and we want to really support ourselves from our Four Cornerstones, emotionally, physically and spiritually. And as it falls into our food Cornerstone today, we really want to support ourselves in how we are eating.

This form of nourishment coming into the body is very important during the holiday season. It can be a source of immunity and wonderful antioxidants and literally the physicality, the energy of the food, the fiber allowing us to stay grounded and healthy. However, we want to make sure that food isn't an added stressor.

My goal with this show is that you walk away with at least one or a few takeaways and incorporate them into your life. To take what we know and feel to be the right action steps and to apply them into our life, into realization.
